Fridge not included), air conditioner, washer/dryer connections, fan in every room, and a beautiful fenced in backyard. We check credit, criminal background, and verify work history. Pets are on a case by case basis. Breeds blacklisted by the insurance companies are not allowed (please google these breeds). Deposit is equal amount to rent. Resident pays for all utilities including trash, sewer, and water as well as landscaping. We are pet friendly. Acceptable types of pets include dogs, cats, birds, small caged mammals, and fish. Animals are approved with a non-refundable pet fee and monthly pet rent. Aggressive breeds or any combination mix of these breeds are not allowed. Completed applications are approved on "first-come, first-served" basis upon submitting all required documentation. Security deposit varies based on credit score; however standard security deposit is as mentioned in this listing. Section 8 not accepted. Application fee is NOT refundable.
