We have been looking at replacing the wood laminate flooring in the living room and master bedroom, so I removed the threshold between the flooring and linoleum. It was glued into place, so the threshold broke when I removed it, so the threshold is missing in between the kitchen and living room and between the master bathroom and master bedroom. In the bathroom it tore about a 1 foot section of the linoleum where it was glued. There is also a spot where the laminate flooring was damaged by a leak with a humidifier causing some warping in the laminate. This is why we had looked at replacing the laminate with carpeting. It's not a large section, but it bears mentioning. (all defects shown in the last three pictures for the listing). We are looking to sell this house quickly over the next month, so act fast before this deal is gone! This would make a great starter home for anybody or for someone on a fixed income. People must OWN their home and not rent it. We will genuinely miss living in our home and especially in Cherry Hill Mobile Park.
