We are located 19 miles from State College, 19 miles from Altoona, and 7 miles from Tyrone. Renter is responsible for heating, electric, internet, and garbage. Owner will provide lawn care and snow removal at renter's cost. Water is from a well and is included. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. We prefer adult renters only due to the liability of children living on a working farm. Not accepting government assistance at this time.
