This is a lease take over until July 31st, 2019. Very nice apartment. (I am including all the furniture in the apartment, yours to keep!!) I am a college student and I am transferring to Charlotte and I unfortunately have to let go of the place. - RIGHT NEXT TO UNCW CAMPUS -GREAT NEIGHBORS- Very calm student area. -Furniture is very nice!- The coach, like new, and is half a year old - has a mattress with the plastic still intact in it! - Also including 2 beds, bookshelf, computer desk, entertainment stands and TV!! (whiteboard, nightstand, etc..) - Very nice and clean patio and it is perfect place for college students. Owner pays for trash + utilities
