    What a deal. Whether you are looking for a permanent or seasonal home, you can't go wrong with this one. Don't let the year built persuade you. This one is a one owner, has several updates, and has been beautifully maintained. Owner recently had a contractor check everything and had anything that needed the least bit of repair taken care of. The roofer offered a 5 year workmanship warranty, transferrable to the buyer. It is bright and cheery, give you that homey, comfortable feeling. The carpet in the two bedrooms has recently been replaced, and the rest of the home is tile (not the original). The microwave and dishwasher have been replaced. The guest bathroom opens from both the hallway and the guest bedroom. The sliding glass doors in the kitchen lead out to a nice patio and a huge fenced in backyard. The whole East side of the backyard fence just replaced on 1-8-24) The back yard is beautifully groomed and landscaped. A gate from the backyard leads to a concrete walkway to the recently newly paved pool close by. The home is fully furnished except for one recliner, the mattresses, an the Kuerig coffee pot and the owner's personal items. One of the small burners on the stove does not work. The owner has recently had the landscaping updated. You really have to see the home to appreciate it.
