Home has been repainted inside and out,new must see 20k kitchen added with granite counter tops, new hardwood floors in kitchen/dining area, new roof 10/2008, new 50 gallon water heater 10 year warranty, new privacy fence, new storage building with lighting & electrical, redone planters & newly gardened, trees cut, fans with lights added each room, security system, electrical wiring has been replaced and or fixed in many places through out home & outside plugs, many repairs have been done to home since bought in 10/2008 I removed the carpet & am refinishing all the white oak floors throughout the home, 2020. Also I’ve put pine bead board on ceiling in the living room & hall ways, plus 2 walls in the living room, one side of hallway towards rooms, one dining room wall & half way up entry walls. I had the garage gutted, repainted, & kitchen cabinets put 18’ on left side for storage.
