The condo can be rented furnished or unfurnished. The condo is located on the 2nd floor of a 3-story, 6 unit condo complex, and comes with in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, and a parking spot in the building's garage. Both of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, and are located at opposite sides of the unit, providing significant privacy (i.e., perfect for roommates). As part of the remodel, all new lights, cabinets, appliances and fixtures were installed, including custom cabinetry in the kitchen (making it a real joy to cook in!). There is also a small back patio, shared with the unit next door, with amazing light throughout the day and a lot of privacy, making it perfect for a morning coffee or unwinding at night. The condo is located on a small, charming side street in SOMA, very close to a number of excellent restaurants and bars on Folsom (recommendations come free!). It takes only a couple of minutes to drive on to 101 or 280, 8 minutes to walk to BART, and 20 minutes to walk to Caltrain (both at a leisurely stroll); the rest of SOMA and the FIDI is very close as well. We've owned the place since 2016, but recently moved to a new home elsewhere in the city, so we are close if there are any issues or anything needs to be done. Given all of the work we put into the remodel, we are looking for tenants who will keep the place clean and tidy, and treat it respectfully, and are willing to be flexible on the contract terms for the right tenant.
