Our 3 bedroom apartment has a living room, full kitchen, office/BR, and the dining area has a lovely Bay view. A quick walk to grocery, coffee shops and restaurants, as well as the T train - it's a great place to stay if you are in town for an extended visit or while searching for permanent housing. This fully furnished apartment has three bedrooms (2Q, 1 twin) and one bath is conveniently located in sunny Potrero Hill, just 2 blocks from 18th street shops and restaurants. The unit is on the second floor, has a private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, separate living room, dining room, and access to a quaint back yard. Please note that while the space is usually quiet, we live upstairs and you can certainly hear us and our 2 children. This is mainly 7-8:30 am and 5:30-9 pm on weekdays, 7 am - 10 pm on weekends. Non smokers only, no pets. We recommend NOT having a car unless you will be driving it away from the neighborhood during the day. o All sheets & towels provided o All utilities included o Access to back yard (shared with owners and guests) About the Potrero Hill District Potrero Hill is one of those wonderful, undiscovered neighborhoods in our iconic city. Relatively quiet and laid back, the residential streets are unusually clean (for San Francisco ; ), and every house seems to have a small garden, flower box or tree planted out front. Potrero Hill also boasts some of the best weather in the bay area. On the Hill, you can relax in brilliant sunshine while watching fog engulf the rest of the city. The sunny weather lends itself to another of the Hill's main attractions: the view. Many streets in Potrero offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city and the bay. Lastly, although Potrero is probably best described as "residential", recent development activities along the waterfront have ushered in a host of new restaurants and shops along the 18th Street corridor (2 blocks away) and in the nearby Dogpatch neighborhood (6 blocks away). Getting Around If you're looking to explore other parts of the city, the unit is just a 5 minute drive to downtown and is 2-3 blocks from major MUNI bus and train lines (Bus lines 22 and 10 are both within 3 blocks; the Third Street "T" line is less than a 10 minute walk; The 22nd Street Caltrain stop to other points on the Peninsula and San Jose is 2 blocks away). There's also easy access to Interstates 101 and 280 and relatively easy street parking. Other Things to Note We want you to enjoy your visit to San Francisco.
