130yr old "shotgun" German brick, vinyl sided, new roof last summer. It has a 16'x20' living room with gas, vent-free fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath. A garage is being built in the next few weeks so then the value will increase. I'm interested in obtaining a 3 or 4 bedroom home to raise my small grandchildren. I'd like to remain in this county, not necessarily the city. I'll be honest and fair, and expect the same.
