There is Natural Gas. It is on a paved public cul-de-sac street and all of the neighbors homes are well kept and nice. It is across from the Thornapple Point Golf Course. This site did not pass the standard perc test performed by the Kent County Health department and thus a home cannot be constructed on this lot at this time using a conventional drain field.
