Once I have some renter information, I will then reach out to you for a tour. Please do not request a tour unless you have provided some renter background information first. The complex has a lot to offer with tennis courts, volleyball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, workout room, laundromat, clubhouse, and rental unit above the clubhouse for guests to rent. The unit has a new washer/dryer combo and has central A/C. Remodeled kitchen with a full entertainment package including a 55' 3D HDTV, 3D Blu-ray player, 7.1 HD Receiver and eight speaker sound system. I am open to both month-to-month or a six month lease. Owner pays for water, sewer, trash and recycle pickup, and all HOA fees.
