A 1 bedroom Apt off of the main house. Owners live on site in the serene neighborhood of Jolliff Woods! Quiet and neighbors are very friendly. Cable and internet available at a separate cost. Washer and dryer in apt. Private driveway and Private entrance to access the back deck and yard. In summer, access to pool. Also option for alarm system. Centrally located for churches, shopping dining and schools within 5 min. Located just off of I-664 at Exit 12 Dock Landing Road. No pets. No smoking in the house due to allergies. If you are having some friends over and are using the deck or yard, we would like advance notice and all we ask is that you please clean up afterwards. Just please be courteous to the neighbors at all times.(11pm curfew in backyard) Utilities are included in the rent. Also included central air and heat. ( if they are abused after warning, the rent will be adjusted accordingly). Cable, internet and a landline phone (Verizon) are available at tenants expense. Also, tenants have an option for an alarm system(ADT) in the apt at their expense. Feel free to ask any questions you might have during your lease. If you encounter something that needs to be fixed, please let us know immediately. IF THE TENANT FAILS TO REPORT THE PROBLEM WITHIN A WEEK, IT WILL BECOME THE TENANTS PROBLEM TO HAVE FIXED AT THEIR EXPENSE. If you hang any pictures, at the end of your lease the holes need to be patched up. When the lease is up, we expect the apt. back in the same condition as when you moved in. At the end of your lease, there will be a moving out inspection and a cleaning fee. If the tenant has complied with all the obligations under the lease agreement and has not broken the lease and there is no damage to the apt., the security minus the cleaning fee, will be returned to you within 30 days from the date the tenant vacates the property.
