Completely furnished home in East Ridge available until 7/31. We must have it back then, it is our primary residence. 1 bedroom downstairs with a king bed, 2 upstairs, 1 with a queen and 1 with a twin. There's a 4th bedroom but it is set as a tv room downstairs off the screened porch area. Just bring your clothes and toiletries, the rest is set while you get your home figured out. Screened in porch, 1/3 acre fenced lot, good for kids but not so good for pets. The deck has some damage from tornado that I will not be able to fix before move-in. The garage and mud room are not accessible as our things are there for the summer. There is a carport. Move in with 1st months rent and deposit. We will pay monthly cleaning, internet, basic landscaping. You pay sewer, power, water. Small dogs ok with additional deposit. We will need references and credit check.
