The Condo is called "The Courtyard" because the apartments are laid out around an atrium, which is landscaped with mature plantings coming out onto the interior walkway and seeing the atrium is a great way to start your morning. I have for rent Unit 12, a great one-bedroom, large and well laid out, eat-in kitchen; has a small triangle-shaped deck that you can access from either the living room or the bedroom. Full appliances include washer/dryer. Plenty of parking. Building is friendly to small dogs or cats. Perfect for a young couple. Three miles to ESPN over back roads takes five minutes. Available June 15. I will ask tenant for one month security and half-a-month's rent for June. Regrets: I am not sufficiently computer literate to be able to email photos or to post them on the internet. I promise, though, that if you see this place you won't feel I have over-sold it.
