Downstairs are kitchen, living room, dining room, and a half bath. This is a quiet, private space meant for one person. I cater to medical professionals since the house is so close to three hospitals and multiple clinics. Month-to-month. No smoking, no candles, no pets. We each clean up after ourselves and leave shared spaces as we found them. Professional housecleaner comes once a month. Fresh sheets and towels are provided weekly.
