The condo is in a very walkable part of Bethesda, with two grocery stores and all of the restaurants and shopping within a few minutes walk. Bethesda Metro is about 16 minutes walk and the free circulator bus can also be accessed very easily. But if you don't want public transport there is also one assigned parking space! The building also looks over a large public park with kids' playgrounds and walking trails and is close to the Bethesda public pool in the summer. The kitchen was updated a few years ago with granite countertops, new appliances and an opening to the dining area that makes it very bright and open. The bathroom has been updated with new fixtures this year. The whole unit including both bedrooms this year so it's really in ready to move in condition. There are washer-dryers and bike storage in the basement (not in the unit) and it's a very safe community to live in ideal for a small family for example. Recently inspected and certified lead paint-free. We're only looking for $1900 per month, which includes some utilities: gas and water are covered electricity and cable/internet would be your responsibility. Some pictures are attached the furniture in there was for staging and will not be included in the rent but it should give you an idea of how it looks when you move in! We would look for a returnable one-month security deposit plus pro-rated first month's rent upfront. Owner pays for condo fees that cover gas and water, trash, snow removal etc; Tenant pays for electricity and cable (the unit has verizon Fios). Pets allowed, one per unit due to condo board rules.
