These studio apartments DO NOT FEEL like studio apartments! They are enormous! Apartments have either beige wall to wall carpeting or hardwood floors throughout the entire apartment! The apartments have a ton of character! This is not your ordinary box apartment! There are tons of built-in shelves in the living room! Living rooms also have cute built-in fireplace (decorative)! There are a lot of windows in the kitchen, living room, very light and bright, HUGE walk in closet in the living room! The kitchen has a partition between the appliances and where you would put a table and chairs and because of the partition, most of our tenants put their bed in the kitchen and turn it into a bedroom. Kind of hard to explain, but makes total sense when you see the layout. It's like getting a one bedroom apartment for the price of a studio.
