Good Morning, The Tenant will be moving out on Aug 3rd. I will only be showing the property Aug 4th 9-5PM and Aug 5th 9AM - 12PM and 5PM - 7PM. I will only show to people with Mask. We are not excepting section 8 at this time. Applications will be provided at the showing only. Applications will only be accepted with the $35 fee and Only on Aug. 4th-6th. Tenant is responsible for all utilities including trash and yard maintenance. Section 8 is not being excepted on this property. Application fee is $35 and background check fee is $35 both nonrefundable.
