Enjoy a fully furnished (unfurnished available upon request), private bedroom and bathroom on the main floor of our humble abode. The bathroom is a couple of steps down the hall from the bedroom and the main floor is shared with myself and our pup, Benny. The basement has 2 long-term tenants as well. It sounds like a busy place, but most occupants really enjoy the peace and quiet felt in our home! Everything you need should be on the main floor (other than laundry). Shared space consists of a family room, kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. House mates are welcome to use the large TV in the main family room and we ask that you are respectful with your noise level, especially during quiet hours. The backyard and patio are large and private so you are welcome to relax in that space as well. We ask that all occupants clean up after themselves when using the common areas. Month-to-month lease terms are available with a 3 month minimum (would prefer between 3-12 months). Pets are not allowed because our 14 year old dog, Benny, is fragile during his golden years. Other dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Due to cat allergies, we are unable to accept them at all. No smoking inside the home. Tenants are responsible for having a renter's insurance policy in place prior to move-in date. Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the state of Utah.

Marci owns the home and spends a lot of time away from it while playing outdoors. Wes is her long-time friend that keeps to himself in his basement bedroom when he isn't working. Benny is our house dog that loves sleeping and snuggles.
