I have bedrooms ($600 & $650/mo. with ALL utilities incl.!) available starting in early July '15. Ours is a 3,000 sq. ft. home on a quiet, artist & student-heavy one-way street, with ample parking if you have a car, just a 1/2 block north of Baltimore Ave. near 48th St. and the #34 trolley which gets one to Penn or Drexel's campus in 10 mins. or Center City downtown in 20 mins.. Near all the avenue action but without all the noise! We always have an interesting balance of tenants with my wife, our 18-y.o. son, our tiny Schnoodle puppy, and myself living here as well to ensure the house is properly maintained. We'd need you to truly be considerate, clean, and conscientious in order to be strongly considered. Those with children (we love kids but just can't accommodate them here) or planning to have guests over frequently need not bother--sorry.
