Why I love living here: The neighborhood is quiet yet 15 mins to downtown Meridian, 15 mins to downtown Boise, and less than 10 mins to the airport. The outdoor living space can be enjoyed year-round. The patio is private & yard is shared. Upgrades to the condo make it unique and homey! New hardwood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs. In-unit laundry. The Fireplace is cozy in the winter and a fun visual in the summer. A new fridge, as well as a garage fridge, means many trips to Costco (which is very close to the house) Mad Swede is the local spot! & most importantly my dog loves it We are looking for a renter in December and can accommodate a prorated agreement. The condo is being privately rented by the owners so if you have any questions please reach out. Rent includes a HOA Fee which covers water, garbage, and summer lawn care. Renter will be responsible for utilities and snow removal. Dogs are welcome and will have the yard to themselves as neither neighbor has a dog.
