There is a dumpster in the alley where trash is collected for weekly pickup. Lease is written for one year. After one year owners will determine if rent will change. There is ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR PETS ALLOWED. Owners and the city of Denver require that snow be removed from public sidewalk within a reasonable period after snow has accumulated. The city charges for sidewalks that are not shoveled.
