With direct views of the intracoastal, this suite features a full kitchen with a brand new, stainless steel stove, a smart TV, a walk-in shower, beach supplies, and complimentary coffee. The resort has a heated pool, a private fishing dock, and a large outdoor dining area. Onsite coin laundry is available. This beach community has plenty to offer tourists, with restaurants, bars, and more right there! Literally everything is in walking distance. Nearby attractions include Volleyball by Rockaway, Clearwater beach, Pier 60, and Calades Island State Park. There will be active construction on weekdays between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, expected to continue until September 30, 2025. No parties are allowed at any time. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry.
