Located on Clearwater Beach, this condo is within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, boutique stores, and coffee shops. It's just a 3-minute walk to the beach. Enjoy views of dolphins, manatees, and seabirds from the property. The balcony is a standing-room only balcony and shared with a neighbor. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM.
