Upstairs, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms and a full bath (tub only, no shower). Downstairs features a large, fully stocked kitchen with a full-size washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays. The kitchen table seats six, with additional seating for four at the counter. A separate dining room also seats six, ideal for shared meals and celebrations. Enjoy the formal living room for quiet moments, or gather in the spacious den complete with a pull-out sofa and an available cot for extra sleeping space. A second full bath rounds out the downstairs amenities. No smoking, pets or house parties are allowed. The basement is off limits to guests as well as the back den closet. All other spaces, are yours to spread out and store items. Trash receptacle are located out the side door and to the right of the patio. Keypad is located on the side door off the patio. Code will be given the day prior to your arrival. There is a lockbox on the front porch which holds the key for that door. You will be given that code as well, upon arrival.
