This is not a fixer-Upper: This is more of a cleaner-Upper. This home has real hardwood floors and tile in mostly all the rooms. No real issues. The neighborhood is quiet and low-key. The neighbors keep to them selves and mind their business. There is ALWAYS parking in front of the door. The porch gets a good breeze in the day. If I would redo something in this home in terms of hiring a contractor or tradesmen, it would be the stairs. I’d update the stairs, banister and second floor railings.
