We were overwhelmed by the amount of great applications as well as the quality of people interested. I wish we had more rentals available so we could house everyone There were so many great candidates, so we are a bit behind on choosing a tenant. I do want to thank you all again for coming out talking to Kendra and I and sharing stories about your lives. It was great to meet everyone. We should have a decision by today. Enjoy life with your own 4 walls and garage, with this 3 bedroom, 1 bath, cute Craftsman style house- just north of Adams. This house has both a front and rear porch as well as a privately fenced rear yard for you to enjoy your morning coffee with your furry friend(s). This is a perfect location if you are looking for a quiet neighborhood that is walking accessible to everything. Walk to yoga, coffee, bars, tasting rooms, the grocery store, the bus, parks, schools and restaurants. This is in the center of it all, yet just far enough removed, that it remains pretty quiet. This is a 3 bedroom house with a detached garage, but the 3rd bedroom is SMALL. Good for a small child or an office, but not so much a roommate. Garage is great for bikes, a motorcycle and or personal storage, but would be tight for a car. Driveway can accommodate 3 cars (tandem style). House will be available to move in as soon as April 20th but planning for May 1st. We will be conducting an open house on Sunday April 10th between 10am- 2pm. This will be the only day we will be showing the house- so please come by and take a look. This house will rent fast so please submit your application via Zillow and make an appearance on Sunday. We will be making a decision within 24 hours of the open house so applications will need to be uploaded and ready. House is currently occupied so please do not disturb the tenants. Yard maintenance is conducted twice a month by contracted gardener so rear yard will need to be accessed during these times This is a non- smoking house, and is limited to two pets.
