Three bed, two bath, split level with two car garage, drive way and cul-de-sac parking. Major appliances included. Refrigerator, oven and range, garbage disposal, dishwasher, full size washer and dryer. The house also has AC. This is a simple and overall, well-kept home. It was rented to one tenant from 2017 to 2024 and was only vacated due to a divorce. Over the last several months some upgrades including a renovated bathroom was completed. Available for rent starting October 15th. The upstairs has two well sized bedrooms, hall closet, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and a living room. The downstairs consists of the master bedroom connected to a bathroom, storage closet, living room, mechanical room, laundry room and storage area. The garage is deep enough to park two normal sized vehicles, for instance a mustang and F250 will fit in the garage at the same time. Outside of the home has several mature trees, and a yard with a sprinkler system. Rent does not include weekly trash service for one 60 gallon can. To help offset any larger summer watering costs I will pay any excess to the water bill above $135.00. You are responsible for water, electricity and gas serviced from Xcel energy. Internet has been provided by Comcast in recent years, no TV service has been at the property since 2017 but could be added.
