Great Ranch style home in West Eugene. Quiet cul-da-sac full of families. Painted last summer. Roof was replaced in Oct 06'. Solid surface floors throughout. Heat pump a/c. Vaulted ceiling in living room. There is piping for a stove in the living room, but the wood stove in it when we bought was not to code so we had it removed and pipe plugged, but could be undone if desired. Has electrical set up for a hot tub on the back patio, just needs a new breaker since we used its for the heat pump. There are sprinklers in the front but one pipe broke and would need to be fixed to function as intended. Currently doesn't build enough pressure for all heads to operate. A lot of the trim pieces missing in the pictures have been installed since pictures were taken a couple weeks ago.
