this house first appears in the 1876 beers atlas of north adams. It is one of the early houses remaining from the original Braytonville settlement.It was recorded on the Historical Commission of Ma. list on October,1978.In 2006 all new vinyl replacement windows where installed, two front porches totally rebuilt with new pella enteranceway door. Attic and cellar completely insulated. Downstairs bathroom totally renovated. Back entrance rebuilt.
