The property flow is lovely and the house is user friendly. The deck out back is refreshing in the summertime. The master bedroom is large w/en-suite bathroom. The rent is 2275. I require first, last and two months security. The rent is very low. The additional security helps me to feel confident that the people renting are financially able to pay. Attic not included and only one side of the garage is included. Jacuzzi out back is not operational or included. A/C in bedroom to be replaced in a month. Dishwasher not being replaced. Owner pays for water. Tenant pays for electric and any other utilities or services.
