Philrose Drive is a quiet street. Everyone keeps their yards looking nice even though there is no homeowners association. In my opinion, the nicest street in the Brierwood area. Homes were well built. This area is desireable because of its close proximity to shopping, restaurants, the Avenues Mall, and the JTB corridor. New Lowe's, BJ's and shopping center constructed at Philips and Baymeadows is right around the corner. Only 10 miles from downtown.
