We are looking for a roommate to move into our 3 bedroom apartment building. The apartment is the entire top floor of the building, and the bottom story is used as storage for a small construction company that is very rarely around. Maybe once every couple of months they stop by for a day. In addition you will also get a parking space behind an electric security gate and a gate opener. The bedroom pictured is the one for rent, however when you move in everything except the large dresser will be removed from it. The view is amazing, you can see from Century City to Downtown LA, and are straight ahead of the Hollywood sign in the hills. For the price you really cannot beat it.
