Tiny house living available in newly built ADU! This small home, located behind a rental property is available now for rent. Loft style bed area with 'office area' beneath, spacious kitchen/dining area & bright newly renovated bathroom. Great rental for simple living & looking at palm trees (there's a great palm tree adjacent to the ADU)! Rent is $1075 + $75/ utilities. This is a reduced rate in exchange for sharing the property with a vacation rental. The tenant would have no responsibilities regarding the vacation rental, but would need to be willing to go to the DMV to list the address on their license. The City of Portland requires a resident to live on the property in order to rent the main house as a vacation rental. *Wifi service is not officially included in your lease agreement. However, the property owner gave us permission to continue the account and let the tenants use the wifi. That said, you're welcome to the basic service that's available there. Please note: 1. Shared basic service with other tenants on the property. Consider that interruptions may occur. We do not guarantee high speed service that is strong enough to handle what may be required for working from home. 2. If you are working/studying from home and need more reliable service and the ability to call a tech support person 24/7, we recommend calling CenturyLink to order your own service. 3. In the event that we are no longer able to offer the service, we will give you at least 7 days so that you can set up your own account. The application fee is $45 and will cover background check, credit check and screening. Security deposit, first & last months rent will be due upon move-in.
