Utilities are included. Rent is month to month after 3 month minimum. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, utensils, coffee maker, air fryer, crock pot, pressure cooker, and blender. There is a large backyard with patio furniture. Home is located in nice NE neighborhood of Salem and within a short 15 minute, or less, commute to Salem Health Hospital, Oregon State Hospital, and Kaiser Permanente medical clinics. Wide variety of shopping and restaurants within a 5 minute drive.
