The room is available either furnished or unfurnished and has its own bathroom.The tenant will have access to the full house: kitchen, living room, laundry room, backyard, dining room and garage. The cost of utilities will be shared equally.We are a couple and are the only other occupants. No dogs, sorry, but one cat would be acceptable. The house is near the El Cerrito del Norte, approx. 10 minutes walk. The neighborhood is a family neighborhood, very quiet, and near a large park. There are fruit trees in the front yard. In addition, meals can be arranged by an on-site professional chef.The room is 120 sq ft.
