This spacious apartment boasts stunning views of the ocean, river, and city of Miami from the 46th floor. It has been completely refurbished with designer wallpaper, floor-to-ceiling mirror walls in the bedrooms, and Italian tile, all beautifully decorated with high-end furniture. The Master Bedroom features a king-size canopy bed, two walk-in closets, and a presidential bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed with a closet and a private bathroom. The common spaces include a dining room and living room, perfect for enjoying meals and relaxing while choosing from over 150 TV channels or using high-speed Wi-Fi. The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, including dishes, glasses, pots & pans, cutlery, dishwasher, a pure roast coffee machine, a Nespresso machine, tea, toaster, blender, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, and vacuum. Pool/beach towels, towels, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, hand soap, and tissues are also provided. Guests are welcome to use all utilities and amenities in the property. An air mattress, baby crib, and cot are provided in the unit upon request. Access to the pool and gym is free, but a reservation is required at the ground floor of the building before heading to the amenities. Guest amenity passes can be retrieved there. The pool will be closed from Monday to Thursday due to construction reasons but is open Friday through Sunday. The building is currently renovating some balconies, and certain balconies may be temporarily closed during your stay. This work is managed by the building and is outside our control. No refunds or discounts will be provided due to balcony or common area renovations. Check-ins after 12:00 am will be charged a $50 fee. When entering and exiting the common areas of the property, all guests are required to adhere to a proper dress code such as shirt, pants, and shoes. Please do not throw or drop anything from the balconies. No gas or charcoal grills, or any devices with open flames are allowed on the balcony or in the unit at any time. Management requires a picture of every guest's ID in order to be registered in the system for check-in. Please send them and provide an estimated time of arrival as soon as possible and in advance to avoid any long wait at check-in. The apartment offers high-speed Wi-Fi for remote work-friendly stays. Flat-screen TVs are available in the living room and both bedrooms. The trash chute located on every floor must be used for everyday household trash. The trash bags must be properly sealed to avoid any leakage on the hallway carpet.
