Our condo is a short walk down the hill to the park and a small beach. It is walkable to the local brewery and fun beachside restaurants. It has a nice finished basement and a laundry and storage room. Close to both Stamford and Old Greenwich train stations, so easy access to NYC. We think the best pizza in Stamford is the pizza place down the road, Outpost Pizza, and we love the nearby Stamford Diner. Our neighbors have mostly all been in the neighborhood a long time and everyone is friendly. Two parking spaces plus visitor parking in the lot. We loved living here! The association covers trash, snow plowing, landscaping, etc. Tenant is responsible for water and power.
