The dock is in excellent condition and is a fisherman's delight. The home is good condition too, with almost all furnishings and appliances staying - including the washing machine and dryer. (Only the metal chairs and fishing equipment will go.)There is an outbuilding for storage, and an extra parking space to make it easy for guests to come stay. Step through the gate on this one, and prepare to just want to stay. The view is spectacular and the water beckons. There is fencing for privacy and brick pavers form a pleasant path. Blue Herons light on the dock to watch the sunset, and do a little fishing of their own. Gentle breezes make even hot days here wonderful. This is what it's all about - loving Lake Greenwood!
