It's pretty great for outdoorsy types who telework and love being in nature. It is available for 3- 6-12 months leases. Note, we generally require a credit score of at least 670. Exceptions on a case by case basis. It's 800 square feet. Must have one 4 wheel drive if renting December through March. Note potential Discount available for six month lease.
Owner pays for internet, electricity and water. Should have 4-wheel drive January-April as these are mountain roads.
