2 BR. 1 BA. I use the 2nd BR as a den. Kitchen is larger than the original one as a mud room was built onto the back of house for the hot water heater and laundry area. Kitchen has enough room for a breakfast area for 2. The Living Room flows into the Dining Room. I utilize the unfinished attic for storage but everyone around me has 'popped the top' and added 2nd, and in some instances 3rd, floors. No phone calls, please.
