Neighborhood Description Clean and well maintained community areas provide a park like atmosphere. There's a small community gathering most evenings on Sunset Point to watch the sun set on the bay. About half of us are snow birds and the other half full time residents. Love my neighbors, they were a great help during the remodeling.
