Right now it is fairly fully furnished: LR: sofa, chair, TV stand, cabinet, curio DR: table, 4 chairs, hutch, desk Master bed: queen bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, chair Kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, small table and 2 chairs, silverware Misc: gas grill, extra fridge, washer dryer The home is in Regency Cove in South Tampa. It is a gorgeous, gated community with so much to offer! There is a large community pool and hot tub, shuffleboard, waterfront walking path, fishing, community room, etc.... The home is available 10/1/19 and rent is $1100/month for a one year lease. Everything is included in that rent except electric and phone/cable/TV. A $500 security deposit is required to sign a lease. The park also requires a $100 fee to run a full background check for admittance as a resident.
