This rental is our 40-foot RV. As you can see by the pictures, it is spacious for an RV. This 2007 Winnebago is parked in our driveway and we have a private fence that surrounds the property. It is a safe neighborhood only blocks from Ocean Drive and Swatner Park and close to TAMUCC. The RV has all the modern appliances including washer/dryer, microwave/convection oven, and even comes with a surround sound entertainment center. When we want to use the RV for travel, you get to occupy our home. We don't go very often. While we prefer a student either at TAMUCC or Del Mar, we will consider you if you meet all the qualifications. Bills are included except internet/cable. No smoking allowed and all bills included except for internet/cable. Parking is on our street right next to the home. We might consider a cat/dog under the right conditions with a deposit.
