The HOA allows 2 dogs up to 45-lbs. There is a partially finished large basment for all your storage needs too. New floors throughout the entire upstairs and the stairs to the basement. Property is currently occupied so any showings will need to be scheduled a few days or more in advance. Also, there will be some repairs that need to be done before move-in. Hi!
