    Building Description: The pole building is 40’ wide by 60 long and 16’ tall. The building’s roof system, composed of 7’6” on center clear span trusses with a 30-5-10 loading with 2’ overhang on the roof perimeter. (Solid Soffit on gables with vented on the eaves). The roof pitch of the building is 4/12. The roof purlins are 2x4 spaced 2’ on center. House wrap under all steel. All Exterior steel is Champion Brand, 29 gauge painted Galvalume. All steel is Charcoal color 9” O.C Rib Pattern. There is 4’ high Coffee Genstone on 1 gable end (roadside) with doors, 4’ high Wanes-coat steel on 1 gable end and 2 eave sides. All posts are three ply 2x6 glue-lam posts with a treated base with one piece of blocking and one bag of cement per hole. There is one row of treated 2x12 for skirt board at the base of perimeter of the building. The sidewall girders are 2x4 spaced at 2’ on center on outside of posts. There's one 3’ insulated solid 6-panel door Right-Hand, with deadbolt and passage knob, satin nickel hinges, painted White. There is one 18’wide x 14’high White Overhead door, insulated, raised panel, with Jack Shaft opener in Gable. Water Service available and subject to quote: Includes meter pit, Waterscope meter, line run to building *Water service will be installed by Ponderosa Utilities. Once water is connected, a water service fee will be paid to Ponderosa Utilities. The 2023/2024 annual fee for Water Services is $658.08. Water usage rate $8.60/1000 gallons.
