The house was completely remade in 2010. Everything from the foundation to the stucco was remade so the house is completely new. We will paint the house from the inside before you move in for free. We will require a credit check. Will will give you the option of paying $60 so that we can get the credit report or you may get a copy of your own credit report and submit it to us. There is a mandatory $20-$30 fee so that we may get a background check, though. Owner pays for water and sewer. Tenant must pay for electric, trash, and gas. Owner will only pay a maximum of $400 for water on each bill. Tenant will be responsible for everything after $400. Tenant must have a good credit history and a clear police record. Open house on 11/14/15. In order to make the application process easier, you may want to bring your social security number, pay stubs, and a credit report. If you're very interested you may want to bring $35 so that I will be able to get a background police check and a credit report, unless you bring your own. Thank you!
