Certain dog breeds prohibited by insurance on this property), (c) In any manner deface or injure the building or any part thereof, (d) Overload the floors (waterbeds and pool tables are not permitted), (e) Permit any objectionable noise or odor, (f) Permit or create a nuisance, (g) Disturb any other residents or neighbors, (h) Smoke indoors, (i) Allow any pets on property without permission from lessor, (j) have more than one vehicle per licensed driver on the premises, or (k) have any non-functioning vehicles on the premises 5.
