The Tenant is renting a private room only. This Agreement does not grant exclusive use of the entire townhome. 2. Lease Term Lease duration is one year. The lease begins on August 1, 2026 and ends on July 31, 2027. 3. Entry The Landlord may enter the room for repairs, inspections, emergencies, or to show the property to prospective tenants, with reasonable notice when required by law. 14.
