The location is about a 12 min walk to Van Dorn Metro (with a free shuttle to and from as well) and a 10 min drive to Old Town Alexandria. There are several trails nearby, as well as easy access to the highway. The clubhouse includes gym access with an indoor basketball (half-court) and a swimming pool. Rental also includes a parking space for each room tenant in a parking garage with remote access. Water is included, internet, gas, and electric will be separate. Property should have no pets and be non-smoking as well.
